Smartphone Spelling !

In our Daily 5 Tasks for our Word work activities a new Activity was added to our Doc of Tasks called "Smartphone Spelling" We write our spelling words out as if you were sending a message on an old phone. We write down all our words in a table and have to figure out how it would be typed on a old phone . Here is my Attemp on the New word work Activity.

The Ukulele ( Listen to Reading )

Today's Task for Listen to Readin I chose to do the Tales Of Taonga - The Ukulele from Coconet TV , I Learnt A lot of the history about the Ukulele the Famous Stringed Instrument . It was a such nice Story to Listen to with the Beautiful Music played in parts . Here is My Listen to Reading Task for Today .

Would You Rather? Questions

A New activity we have for our writing in Daily 5 is Called " Would You Rather ? " , The task is we have to choose two would you rather questions and explain our answer to which ever option of the would you rather question for example , " Would you rather be a dog for a day or A cat for a Day " and we would have to chose our option . Connections Day 3 !

For our Focus " Connections " our activity for Day 3 is household Riddle , Our Task for today was to solve out the riddles that were given and we had to take a selfie with what we thought the answer was , for example like a door in our house or a chair anything that we think the answer is in our house . Listen To Reading Day 3 !

For Todays Listen to Reading I chose to do the Tale of Manumea !  , One of Samoa's tresures and the National Bird of the Beautiful Island , The Manumea is so Important to the culture and is a samoan siva that was made for the Miss South Pacific . Here is Today's Listen to Reading (: . 

F.I.R.E Poster!

For Day Three of Tamariki Talks , our task was to create a poster of our school values F.I.R.E - Fun , Integrity , Respect , Excellence . We had to provide objects , people or scenes that represent the value and to make sure it was creative and colorful , I chose to do A ' Winnie The Pooh " theme with all the characters to reprsent the values . We also had to come up with our own Short defintions of the value . Here is my Poster that I've Created .
